Your session will be tailored to suit your needs. In general, the work is slow in pace, firm in pressure, and both therapeutic and relaxation oriented.

If you have a specific issue, we can work on that area with the goal of injury relief or pain recovery.

Massage modalities are the different styles used. I may blend several modalities to create the perfect session to suit your specific therapeutic needs so you don't need to know which one you want when you book. I will never charge more for deep tissue, aromatherapy, pain relief creams, or hot towels. I believe in meeting you where you are with what you need, every time, for one inclusive price that’s based on the session length.

Massage sessions available with Lana Rose:

60 minute : $130

60 minute medical reimbursement : $140.48 (text to arrange)

90 minute : $180

The work is therapeutic, deep tissue myofascial bodywork. It may include the use of the therapist’s feet in a technique called Sarga Bodywork. I am also trained in the following modalities and they may inform my work but are not used as stand alone modalities.

  • Connective Tissue Therapy

  • Myofascial Release

  • Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point Therapy)

  • Joint Mobilization

  • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation

  • Thai Yoga Massage (not offered as a stand alone session)

  • Craniosacral Therapy )(not offered as a stand alone session)

  • Structural Integration

  • Sarga Bodywork (myofascial bodywork using the therapist’s feet)

  • Sarga A.Rx (structurally oriented bodywork using the therapist’s feet)

  • Prenatal Massage - select any session type or length, except for Sarga Bodywork

Note: If the client cancels for a non-emergency reason within 24 hours or does not show, payment for the session in full will still be due.
